The Analects of Confucius,as a Confucian classic,is an important text to interpret Confucius' philosophical thoughts.Among them, the Analects of Confucius ˇ Xiangdang is an important chapter that reflects Confucius' theory of rites and his thoughts. The Analects of Confucius ˇ Xiangdang describes the trivial details of Confucius' daily life and political life, which are mainly reflected in his appearance, speech, movement, clothing, food, housing and travel.Although this chapter does not directly reflect Confucius' theory of rites,we can try to explore Confucius' theory of rites from another Angle through the interpretation of the text. This paper takes the Analects of Confuciusˇ Xiangdang as the starting point to study Confucius' theory of rites, from three aspects:the background of the theory of rites, the main content of ritual theory, the influence of the theory of rites, and tries to interpret Confucius' thought of rites from another aspect of rites.
