| In the history of Chinese painting,there are countless famous lotus painters in the past dynasties.They depicted the lotus with concrete images,expressed their feelings with images,and depicted the theme of lotus through different expression techniques.The lotus works by Wu Hufan,a famous painter in modern times,take the old method and create new ideas,which are unique in charm and style.From the perspective of Wu Hufan's lotus paintings,this paper discusses the artistic features and influences of his lotus paintings.The first chapter analyzes the origin and development of lotus paintings,and then analyzes the reasons for the formation of lotus paintings in Wu Hufan with the background of the times,family influence,regional environment and personal love.The second chapter summarizes Wu Hufan's lotus works,and summarizes three stages of painting: studying predecessors,forming self-style and reforming in old age,aiming to pave the way for a better study of the artistic characteristics of his lotus works.The third chapter is the key chapter of this paper,which probes into the painting language and unique formal language of lotus theme in Wu Hufan from the aspects of color setting,brushwork,composition,water impact and color contrast.After that,it further analyzes the aesthetic characteristics of lotus theme from the aspects of painting with words and elegant style.The fourth chapter mainly expounds the influence and enlightenment of Wu Hufan's lotus paintings on later generations,summarizes the influence of Wu Hufan's lotus paintings on the disciples of Meijing Bookstore and modern painters,further affirms the aesthetic value of Wu Hufan's lotus paintings,and finally summarizes the enlightening significance of Wu Hufan's lotus paintings on modern paintings. |
