The subject of shushu is an important part of traditional Chinese culture."Han·Yiwenzhi" divides it into six categories:astronomy,ephemeris,five elements,yarrow-turtle,divination,Geomantic omen.Later,in the classification of the"General Catalogue of the Four Treasuries",the subject of shushu was divided into six categories:mathematics,zhanhou,Xiangzhaixiang mu,divination,fortune-telling and phase plane,Yin-Yang and Five Elements.Among them,the book of dictation contains the knowledge of studying numerology.As an important branch of the subject of shushu,numerology is the study of the correlation between individuals and their life potential and life trajectory.In the development history of numerology,the”San Ming Tong Hui",which was born in the Ming Dynasty,is one of the most important numerology works.This article will study the "San Ming Tong Hui" to explain the content of shushu,numerology,and the philosophical meaning contained in it.The author of the "San Ming Tong Hui" is Wan Minying,also called Ru Hao,also known as Yu Wu.During the Jiajing period of the Ming dynasty,he passed the examination of the central government and he was a native of danningdusi.He served as an official in Henan and Fujian provinces.Wan Minying was a scholar as well as a sorcerer.The”San Ming Tong Hui" written by him is a huge volume,which is a collection of the achievements of previous numerology research and contains profound philosophical content.This article will mainly analyze the thoughts in "San Ming Tong Hui" from the following four aspects.The first chapter mainly introduces the ideological origin of "San ming Tong hui".The thought of "San Ming Tong Hui" is inherited from the traditional Chinese"Destiny Theory" and is closely related to the development of numerology.Numerology originated in the Eastern Han Dynasty.By the middle of the Tang Dynasty,Li Xuzhong laid the basic theory of numerology.Later,Xu Juyi in the Northern Song Dynasty made great innovations in numerology and opened a new era of numerology development.As an important numerology work in the Ming Dynasty,"San Ming Tong Hui" described the theories of the above two people,and on this basis,it was improved and developed.It is a masterpiece of traditional numerology.The second chapter mainly introduces the view of heaven and human in "San Ming Tong Hui"."Understanding human affairs by reasoning about the ways of heaven" is an important thought contained in numerology."San Ming Tong Hui"absorbs the traditional Chinese thoughts of Yin-Yang,Five Elements,Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches,and constructs a ecosystem to explain the world and regulate man and nature.By placing people in the overall ecological system of the universe for analysis,it reflects the Chinese philosophy of thinking that integrates heaven,earth and man into one.The third chapter mainly introduces the numerology concept of "San Ming Tong Hui".Numerology is the subject of human birth time.Numerology takes the traditional Chinese concept of "the unity of man and nature" as its ideological foundation,uses the shushu theories of Yin-Yang,Five Elements,Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches as methods,and then explores the talents and life potential of people.In the book "San Ming Tong Hui",Wan Minying first discusses the sixty Jiazi Nayin taking images,and then discusses the ten gods,the use of gods and the pattern of fate.Wan Minying also collected the essence of various numerology theories,gathered the great achievements of the previous generations of numerology,and included all the contents of traditional Chinese numerology,and made innovation and development on this basis.As an important work in the history of numerology,"San Ming Tong Hui" contains profound numerology content.The fourth chapter mainly explains the cultural connotations embodied in the work "Sanming Tonghui"."San Ming Tong Hui" in the interpretation of the meaning of numerology truly reflects the real relationship content of the feudal family in the Song and Ming dynasties,and embodies the family ethical relationship between father and son,couples and feudal society at that time.At the same time,the emphasis on "being an official" and "wealth" expressed in numerology also has a profound historical background and social foundation,reflecting the secular values and value demands of people in society at that time.The numerology thought contained in "San Ming Tong Hui" is an important content of Chinese shushu culture and an important part of Chinese philosophy.Numerology is different from witchcraft and theology.Numerology is based on real social reality and reflects the ancient people's way of thinking,life attitude and values,and has profound theoretical foundations and philosophical implications.Therefore,the study of the numerology masterpiece "San Ming Tong Hui" has important value and significance for the development of Chinese philosophy,the understanding of traditional culture,and the exploration of social consciousness.
