Visual Exploration Of The Sculpture "Memory Puzzle" Series

In his book Art as Experience,Dewey mentioned that "the demand of life itself pushes us into the unknown,which is the eternal essence of romance".It can be seen that life itself obtains experience through its own efforts,and makes the beauty of art present in space and time,conveying aesthetic emotion and spirit.Artistic works in life are artists’ expressions of everyday things through rational and perceptual experience through specific artistic language.Therefore,my work is to capture the deeply emotional pictures in life experience and classify everyday and closely related things.I choose the composition style combination of jigsaw puzzle to extract the picture with inner spiritual implication,thus conveying the value of my inner spirit.The form of modeling expression chooses the language features of relief,and combines the color expression of painting with the use of elements to form a complete three-dimensional picture.Relief-relief combined with painting,three-dimensional space modeling into a semi-three-dimensional compressed space,forming an illusion experience,enriching the modeling content from the visual perspective,for the diversity of expression forms presented many challenges and creative exploration space.
