It is a natural law that nobody is able to avoid sickness and death.Everyone in the world might suffer from disease,once people are sick,they must go to see a doctor.The relation between doctors and patients is the issue that everyone in the world has to face.A harmonious relation between doctors and patients will not only affect the treatment of the patients’ disease,the improvement of medical quality,but also have an influence on the harmony,the stability of society and the improvement of people’s living standards.Patients and doctors should have been harmonious teammates,they should have cooperated with each other to conquer diseases.However,the reality is that the current doctor-patient relation in China is deteriorating.Conflicts between doctors and patients happened frequently.Vicious and killing accidents are often reported in websites.The conflicts would happen in other countries,but the accidents are not as serious as that in China.People know about vicious accidents from microblogs in China,then more and more people would focus on the topic.The expressions can reflect their real thoughts about relationships between doctors and patients.The advent of the big data era,data mining and the development of emotional analysis technology,make it possible for people to make a research on the moral emotions towards relations between doctors and patients by the big data.The first study has used the big data research method.An emotional analysis has been conducted on 13704 microblogs within 20 days about the pregnant woman death accident in Peking University Third Hospital in order to further explore the moral emotion characteristics of the citizens towards doctor-patient conflicts and the emotion expression difference of different groups.The second study has used the interview method in order to make a research on citizens’ emotions and behaviors when meeting with doctor-patient conflicts and deeply explore the different factors that affect the doctor-patient relations.On the basis of the second study,useful suggestions towards improving the relations between doctors and patients are presented.The research conclusions are as followings: 1.Main emotions of the citizens towards the doctor-patient conflicts are respect,anger and contempt.The ranking of emotion intensity are contempt,anger and respect.2.The male have a higher expression tendency and intensity towards contempt,but the female have a higher expressionintensity towards respect.3.VIP users have a higher expression tendency and intensity in positive emotions,and non-VIP users have a higher expression tendency and intensity in negative emotions.4.Group VIP users have a higher expression tendency and intensity in positive emotions,while the individual VIP users have a higher expression tendency and intensity in negative emotions.5.The relation issue is highly paid attention to,but Internet users don’t think the current relations are too bad,they think the whole situation is not bad,and the individual relation is very terrible.6.The main factors affecting the doctor-patient relation are the realistic interests,patients,doctors,doctor-patient communication,media and government policies.The above aspects need to be considered when improving the doctor-patient relation and easing the conflict.In conclusion,in the anonymity environment,the differences of moral emotion among different groups of netizens are in accordance with the classical moral emotion theory in realistic environment.The data mining technology and emotion analysis method of big data are effective methods for the study of emotions.
