In the 1970 s,Diaoyu Island Incident aroused the blood of Taiwanese youth and ignited their long-depressed heart. In order to protect the territorial sovereignty of the country from infringement, young Taiwanese people changed their nihilistic and negative faces in the 1950 s and 1960 s and began to engage in fishing insurance campaigns. In the later period, the left-wing youth pushed fishing to the movement of reunification of the motherland. This paper chooses Li Yu,a member of the overseas Defending Diaoyu Island Movement,to compare the text with historical data, and to analyze the whole process of her left-wing thought generation and delay.Taking it as a model, this paper tries to restore the spiritual track of a generation of left-wing people who are engaged in revolution and are keen on red China. The first chapter mainly analyzes Li Yu's literary creation before the revolution. In this stage of literature creation, the modernist atmosphere of Li Yu's novels is strong, and the characters in the novels show nothingness, isolation and hedonism, which are isolated from the social reality. The birth of this temperament is closely related to the high-pressure rule of the Kuomintang in Taiwan in the 1950 s and 1960 s.At the same time, the novel also focuses on the discomfort of these individuals who carried out hedonism in breaking away from social reality and being blackmailed by the atmosphere of hedonism. This painful feeling, which is unable to settle into nothingness,is a testament to the fact that there is a life state of the impulse to change the status in Taiwan youth, which can in fact be attributed to the spiritual potential of "turning to the left".The second chapter mainly discusses how the potential of "left turning" is successfully transformed into the ideological resources of the left——the main body of the revolution.Additionally, how the revolutionaries broke through the realistic predicament encountered by the sports scene is discussed. The first section focuses on the different natural-political sceneries before and after the protagonist "the hometown of Taipei",and analyzes how the overseas fishing left-winged intellectuals, represented by Li Yu,have regained the modern history of China. To complete the revolutionary task of letting culture fight is how to draw revolutionary thought from the experience of Chinese revolution and transform it into a pioneer of revolution. The second section tries to restore the revolutionary scenes of the Defend the diaoyudao movement, the revolutionary idea really enters the revolutionary process the difficulty, and the revolutionary motivator-the intellectual youth how to transcend their own limitations, how to better participate in the revolution. The third chapter explores Li Yu's literature and thoughts in the specific left-wing historical context, and analyzes the turbulence of Li Yu's thoughts after the falling tide of the movement. This paper probes into her sense of political coldness at that time and her reflection on the violent problems that are inevitable in the later stage of the revolution. At the same time, this chapter tries to respond to the bias of Taiwan scholars on Li Yu's "depolitical" literary aesthetic research, and explores how Li Yu's left-wing thought and social consciousness can continue after the end of the movement. On the second day of the revolution, how she face the significance of revolution, how she would adhere to their own left-wing ideals.
