Effect Of Silk Material On The Quality And Durability Of Qing Dynasty Painting And Calligraphy Binding

Chinese traditional mounting has a long history,which is closely related to the history of Chinese painting and calligraphy.Painting and calligraphy mounting technology is a traditional technology in China,which has made great contributions to the preservation of ancient calligraphy and paintings.Silk materials occupy an extremely important position in ancient Chinese paintings and calligraphy.Although the mounting technology of silk materials is mature,there are still some shortcomings,which will also affect the paintings and calligraphy works of silk materials.In this study,the influence of silk materials on the binding quality and durability of Qing Dynasty calligraphy and painting is analyzed by taking the Hundreds of Portraits of Opera Characters as an example,and the experience is summed up to analyze its enlightenment on the binding and preservation of modern silk and silk paintings.
