Research On Qu Yuan's "View On Life And Death"

Qu Yuan is a great patriotic poet in the history of China,a master of Chu Culture and a world famous figure.Qu Yuan is a great disseminator of Chinese traditional culture,his spirit is still of great value today,Qu Yuan’s spirit has rich theory and connotation,and Qu Yuan’s "outlook on life and death" is an important part of Qu Yuan’s spirit.Therefore,the study of Qu Yuan’s "outlook on life and death" is of great significance to the shaping and establishment of Qu Yuan’s personality,Spirit and image of life,it is also the core of his life thought,the spiritual core or the core of the life thought.Focusing on Qu Yuan’s "view of life and death" as the core issue,this paper discusses the background and ideological origin of the formation of Qu Yuan’s "view of life and death",Qu Yuan’s life in the middle and late Warring States period,the continuous war,a hundred schools of thought contend,the unique Chu Culture and so on,that led to a change in Qu Yuan’s thinking.Focusing on Qu Yuan’s thinking and exploration of life,he perfectly combines the pursuit of lofty moral ideals with individual fervid feelings.This paper sums up the three characteristics of Qu Yuan’s "outlook on life and death" —— "outlook on life that is born to beauty","outlook on death that gives up life for righteousness" and "outlook on life that lives and dies are determined by Tao".Studying Qu Yuan’s view of life and death is helpful to understand deeply Qu Yuan’s thought and his unique quality,which is of great significance and value to the inheritance and development of Chinese culture.
