From the perspective of globalization, this paper takes the Soviet Union economic and trade relations in the 1950 s and 1960 s as the object, and studies from four aspects: the background of the formation of Soviet Union economic and trade relations, the formation and development of economic and trade relations, the deterioration of economic and trade relations, and the characteristics and influence of the evolution of economic and trade relations. After World War II,the establishment of the contemporary world economic system led by the United States has laid an important foundation for the contemporary development of globalization. With the gradual formation of the cold war between the United States and the Soviet Union, the global economic integration was split due to the confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union. At the same time, the strengthening of economic ties within the two camps also promoted the economic integration within the two camps, forming a regional globalization development. In this international situation,China and the Soviet Union have become political and military allies, which has made preparations for the formation and development of Soviet Union economic and trade relations. In the 1950s,Soviet Union economic and trade relations were established by signing various treaties and developed rapidly. In terms of trade,China and the Soviet Union signed trade agreements and established formal trade relations. They not only carried out intergovernmental trade, but also carried out border trade in Xinjiang and Heilongjiang. In science and technology,China and the Soviet Union cooperate in the form of signing scientific and technological agreements, exchanging scientific and technological personnel, and holding meetings. In terms of aid projects, the two countries signed an agreement stipulating that the Soviet Union would help China build large-scale industrial enterprises. In the 1960s,the relations between the two parties and the two countries continued to be severe, and the economic and trade exchanges between the two sides were greatly affected. The deterioration of economic and trade relations is manifested in the shrinkage of trade, the suspension of scientific and technological cooperation, the withdrawal of aid experts by the Soviet Union and the cancellation of aid projects.By the end of the 1960 s,it was difficult for the two countries to maintain their economic and trade relations. The evolution of Soviet Union economic and trade relations in the 1950 s and1960s is characterized by politics, complementarity and inequality.Soviet Union economic and trade relations not only promote China's economic construction, provide reference for China to develop economic and trade relations with other countries, but also have an impact on the economic development of the Soviet Union. From the perspective of globalization, the development of Soviet Union economic and trade relations has strengthened the economic ties within the socialist camp and promoted the historical process of regional integration of globalization. The deterioration of the economic and trade relations between the two countries,on the one hand, weakens the economic ties of socialist countries and slows down the development speed of regional integration of globalization. On the other hand,it provides the possibility for the economic and trade relations between China and Western countries and the conditions for the rapid development of global integration of globalization.
