Sudden public health events refer to major infectious diseases, mass unexplained diseases, major food and occupational poisoning, and other events that suddenly occur and cause or may cause serious damage to public health. From January 23,2020 to March25,2020,all provinces in the country adopted Class I response to major public health emergencies, and all parts of the country closed traffic, prohibited assembly and closed shops. This epidemic not only brings great challenges to China's economic development, political civilization and public health governance, but also has a strong impact on people's mental health.Sudden public health events are unpredictable and uncontrollable, and the development of relevant research is limited by factors such as region, environment and sample size.In the past, the research on people's mental health in sudden public health incidents mostly used conventional measurement tools for individual detection, which had limitations. At present, there are many studies on the mental health status of medical staff, medical students and college students in sudden public health incidents, but the research on the residents in the urban-rural junction is relatively small, which is still in its infancy; The economic composition of the urban-rural junction area is complex, the mobility of personnel is strong, the cultural level is different, and the management is difficult,so it is easy to become an outbreak point during the epidemic prevention and control period; The object of this study is the residents in the urban-rural junction, which is a new group with a large number in the process of socialist development in the new era.It is of great epoch value to study the mental health status of the residents in the urban-rural junction under the background of sudden public health incidents. In this study,SCL-90 and Covid-19 epidemic risk perception questionnaire were used to collect data from 2500 residents in Chengyang District of Qingdao in early June2020.Through SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0,descriptive statistics, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, the reliability and validity of Covid-19 epidemic risk perception questionnaire were tested to study the mental health status and influencing factors of residents in the urban-rural junction in Covid-19,and to explore coping strategies. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The adapted questionnaire of Covid-19 epidemic risk perception includes seven dimensions: financial risk, personal risk, psychological risk, social risk, time risk, familiarity and controllability, which have good reliability and validity.2.The Covid-19 epidemic has a negative impact on the mental health of residents in the urban-rural junction. The Covid-19 epidemic has brought psychological impact to the residents in the urban-rural junction, and some residents have psychological problems such as somatization, anxiety, fear, psychosis and interpersonal sensitivity during the prevention and control of the epidemic.3.The higher the risk perception level of residents in the urban-rural junction, the higher the score of SCL-90 symptom checklist, and the lower the mental health level of residents.Somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia and psychosis are positively correlated with psychological risk, personal risk, social risk, time risk and financial risk.Multiple dimensions of risk perception questionnaire can positively predict mental health status.
