The 21 st century is an information age with rapid growth of human beings and obvious acceleration of world social rhythm.The advent of the information age has brought opportunities for senior high school English Teaching in rural areas of China,especially the learning of English grammar,which can create a good interactive environment for students,enable students to learn English grammar in a relaxed environment,improve the disadvantages brought by teaching based teaching,and improve the teaching effect of English grammar.However,the author finds that English grammar teaching supported by information technology has not achieved good results in China,especially in rural areas,which is not obvious,and there are still many problems.Therefore,the author believes that we must give full play to the role of information technology in rural senior high school English grammar teaching,improve the ability of students to use English comprehensively,and promote information technology to effectively serve the rural senior high school English grammar teaching.This paper summarizes the research status of this topic at home and abroad,combining with the current situation of senior high school students' English grammar learning in rural areas,the problems in senior high school English grammar teaching,and the development of information technology and curriculum integration.Taking Gaotai middle school in Nanzheng District,Hanzhong City,Shaanxi Province as an example,on the basis of constructivism theory and language learning theory,experimental method and questionnaire survey are adopted Method and statistical method,two natural teaching classes in the first grade of senior high school were taken as the research objects,and a one semester study was carried out.In the process of research,information technology makes full use of its advantages,establishes a real and vivid language learning environment for students,enables students to obtain knowledge through various ways,and has certain practical experience.Through the analysis of the process and results of the two experiments,this paper discusses the application of information technology in senior high school English grammar teaching and its influence,so as to ensure that the application of information technology can truly optimize the English grammar teaching process,stimulate students' interest in learning,solve the difficulties and pressures in teaching and improve teaching efficiency.Some problems in the application of information technology are analyzed in detail.The purpose of this study is to help senior high school English grammar learning in rural areas of China,which is of great help to both teachers and students.This paper summarizes the shortcomings of the study,and puts forward some points for further discussion.
