The pre-Qin philosophers started from "old" and finally "han".As the last thinker at the end of the Warring States Period,Han Fei fully absorbed the theoretical experience of predecessors and the ideological achievements of Confucianism,Taoism,Mohism,Ming,etc.Created the "law,spell,and potential" trinity of the rule of law system,and became the master of law.However,although his strategy of ruling the country won the unification of the Qin Dynasty,his harsh punishments and introspection of ruling techniques have become the magic weapon for the emperor to maintain "monarchy",and he has been praised in the way of "yang yin and yin".And denounce.The current research on Han Feizi focuses on four aspects: monarchy,human nature,the rule of law,and fable expression.On this basis,the public and private research in Han Feizi has always been in a subordinate position,and is often included in the four mainstream research directions without being given enough attention.Therefore,it is often given to conclusions that are partial or taken for granted.In fact,the public and private content of "Han Feizi" is extremely rich and complicated,and its combing is directly related to the judgment of Han Fei and his thoughts.This article mainly researches the public and private views of Han Feizi from six aspects.The first chapter is a review of the current status and existing problems of Han Feizi's public and private views.As far as the status quo is concerned,the current research is mainly carried out from three directions: exploring the stance of Han Fei's public opinion from the perspective of social nature and class analysis,and whether Han Fei's interpretation of "public" and "private" is related to the class of the feudal aristocracy Attributes are related,whether it is class-like or not is the core of the debate;explore the theoretical orientation of Han Fei's public and private views from the perspective of social public relations,and how different social roles are positioned in public and private relations,especially the monarchs-The symbol of "public" also holds the individual's "private".It is difficult to study which direction of "public" and "private" is represented by Han Fei's protection of monarchy.Explore Han Fei's private view from the perspective of social common consciousness Ethical orientation,linking public and private views with social morality through confucian and legal comparisons.As far as the problem is concerned,the difficulty of class stance division,the inconsistency of subject behavior,and the difficulty of ideology categorization have caused the current public-private debates in Han Feizi.Therefore,the meaning of "public" and "private" is further clarified,and the public-private relationship and its relationship and private views of Han Feizi.In the common understanding,"Dagong and Selflessness" and "Putting off public with private" are often the generalizations of Han Fei's public and private views,but in fact,he shows in his writings that The concept of public and private is very complicated."Public" and "private" have both opposite sides and a unified side,and can be further summarized under the
