Research On The Application Of Blank Space Art In Children's Picture Books

Originating from traditional Chinese philosophy,blank space is a common expression technique in Chinese classical art works,which is widely used in painting,literature,drama,music and other fields.At the same time,white space is often used in the creation of picture books.This artistic technique can make the picture more dense and elegant,reduce the sense of oppression caused by too full composition,and create the artistic conception beauty of virtual reality.At the same time,white space and picture book readers provide free imagination space,through their own understanding of the story to fill in the scenes not described in the picture,become the content co-author together with the author,construct a new meaning.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey method,case study method,practical research method and multidisciplinary research method,and takes blank art as the main line.Firstly,it sorts out and introduces the origin and concept of blank in picture books and blank,and analyzes three ways of expression of blank in picture books.Secondly,from the perspective of vision and psychology,the paper discusses the value and aesthetic connotation of white space in picture books by combining the viewpoint of white space in traditional Chinese aesthetics with Chinese and foreign picture books.Finally,combined with the practical creation process of the author's graduation work "White",this paper expounds the visual characteristics and functional analysis of the white space technique in the work,in order to attract the attention of the authors of picture books to the white space and provide theoretical and practical reference and inspiration.In personal painting the creation,the author take the children to grow in the process of "white space time" as the theme,through the questionnaire survey to collect data and information learned that children face their status and tutoring,hope that this graphic creation aroused the concern of the public on children's mental world and parents arrange children's study life and remember to leave a bit of time to the child is white,Don't fill up your precious childhood too much.
