In the 19 th century,among the many famous composers,Robert Schumann was still our focus.His piano works and artistic songs have always been the main objects of academic research.With the expansion and deepening of the scope of Schumann research,scholars gradually shift their eyes to the field of orchestral music,showing an flourishing research trend.With this,scholars began to focus on Schmann creation unique "motive",and "Clara motive" as one of them,is Schmann gave special meaning,"Clara motive" since the beginning of its birth throughout the creation of Schmann,witnessed the transformation of Schmann creation,reflects the Schmann's creative idea.This paper takes "Clara motive" as the research object,and further discusses the analysis of the piano cycle "Kinderszenen",the song cycle "Dichterliebe" and the symphony "Symphony No.4 in D minor".This article is divided into four chapters.In the first chapter,the three selected works in this article are placed in the cultural context of the 19 th century,with the three aspects of the musical cultural life,the transformation of the aesthetic tendency and the inheritance of classical feelings,and the three works are introduced,clarifying the creation environment and basic characteristics of the three works.The second chapter analyzes and summarizes the common characteristics of "Clara motive" from three works of different periods and genres,discusses many attempts to promote the internal unity of the works,and explores many attempts for its early romanticism.The third chapter discusses the creative characteristics of the three works and the personality characteristics of "Clara motive".The use of the negative termination in Kinderszenen,the ironic presentation in The Dichterliebe,and the symphonic poetry thinking in the Symphony No.4 also creates the personalization of "Clara motive".It can be seen that Schumann's use of "Clara motive" is becoming more skilled and profound.On the basis of the fourth chapter discusses "Clara motive",discusses the evolution of "Clara motive",thinks about its important position in Schumann's creation,and discusses its influence in later generations,so as to expand the research scope of "Clara motive".
