Research On Family Investigation System

The family trial reform is in full swing in China,and the family investigation system,which is one of the focus of the family trial reform,has also received much attention.The family investigation system in China refers to a system in which a family investigator assists a judge to understand the objective facts of a family case under the authority of the judge,so that the judge can more fully understand the crux of the case,thereby making the trial result more fair.Compared with the internationally developed family investigation system,China's family investigation system has certain problems in terms of legal status,the selection of investigators,the start of procedures,the scope of the investigation,and the use of family reports.This article adopts research methods such as comparative analysis and empirical analysis.Based on the analysis of the basic issues such as the nature,necessity,and theoretical basis of the family investigation system,it examines the problems existing in China's current legislative regulations and practical application.The article proposes that the principles,main rules and auxiliary rules to be followed in family investigation should be improved in order to build a mature and standardized family investigation system in China.
