On Mediation In Family Litigation

As the most basic element of society and country,family has a very important impact on the stability and development of society and even the country.In recent years,the number of family litigation cases is increasing and the difficulty is deepening.Under the current judicial environment,the limited judicial resources in China are under great pressure.The Supreme People's court issued the opinions on further deepening the reform of family trial mode and working mechanism(Trial)in July 2018.On the basis of summing up the working experience of the pilot courts in the past two years,new opinions are put forward.This paper analyzes the difficulties of mediation in family litigation in China,compares it with the advanced experience of other countries and regions in this field,combines the experience of China's current family trial reform pilot and the latest reform opinions issued by the Supreme People's court,so as to put forward targeted improvement suggestions.To do a good job in the mediation of family litigation is an important way to solve the huge pressure of family litigation in China,and also provides an effective way to solve family disputes more properly.
