Research On The Right To Use Public Artificial And Public Property

With the development of the socialist market economy,a large number of municipal facilities,highways and other artificial public properties have been built.This has also directly promoted the expansion of the using right of artificial public property of citizens,and the right has also shown an unprecedented development trend in China.However,in reality,there are still deficiencies in the legal system supporting the right to use the artificial public property;the content and attribute of the legal right are still vague;the systematic security system is not perfect.In addition,the administrative subject as a organization for guarantee citizens to exercise the right of public artificial public property,the infringement of public power often occurs in the process of using the public authority.Therefore,China should actively learn from the successful foreign countries' experience of the establishment public property law system,and build a using right system of artificial public property which is suitable for China's national conditions.
