| Yang honglie made great contributions to the study of Chinese legal history,and his three great works of legal history,including the history of legal development in China,were praised as the masterpiece of legal history in the republic of China.He explained the research object,category and research method of the history of Chinese legal thoughts,and did not define the subject system of Chinese legal history.In the study of the Chinese law system,he refuted the viewpoint that denied the existence of the Chinese law system through a large number of authentic facts,and demonstrated that the Chinese law system not only existed,but also had a far-reaching impact on the laws of east Asian countries and occupied a place in the world law system.Yang's scholarship is very general,which is reflected in his comprehensive research,multi-disciplinary knowledge and worldwide vision.It provides beneficial reference and makes outstanding contribution to the study of legal history. |
