Research On Social Governance Capacity Building Of Grassroots Party Organizations In Yichun City

As the highest political leadership in China’s national governance,the Communist Party of China’s leadership is reflected in all aspects and areas of national governance,and is achieved through the healthy operation of the Party’s organizations at all levels.And national govemance is achieved through social governance and grassroots governance,of which social governance is the foundation of national governance,and grassroots governance is the focus and difficulty of national governance.Grassroots party organizations,as the party’s ruling tentacles at the grassroots level,are not only one of the main bodies of grassroots social governance,but also an important supporting force for the formation of a new pattern of grassroots pluralistic governance.This paper analyzes the connotation of grassroots party organizations,social governance,and social governance capacity building,and studies and discusses the social governance capacity building of grassroots party organizations in Yichun City,Finally,put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of the building of social governance capabilities of grassroots party organizations.
