Study On The Improvement Of The Social Governance Ability Of The Chinese Communist Party’s Rural Primary Organization

The grassroots party organization is the foundation for the party’s ruling position to be stabilized,and it is the bridge and link between the party and the people.If The grassroots organizations are strong,the party’s ruling position is strong;if the grassroots organizations are strong,the party’s line,principles,and policies can be fully implemented.On the contrary,weak and disbanded grassroots organizations will not only damage the party’s image and authority,but will also shake the party’s ruling.Foundation and make the party lose its ruling foundation.As the saying goes,the foundation is not strong,and the ground is shaken,and the impact is not small.In the new era,my country’s economic structure has undergone profound changes,the urban and rural interests have undergone profound adjustments in the rapid progress of new urbanization,the diversification of farmers’ needs and the profound changes in the social structure.Rural social governance is facing new situations and more complex environments,increasing risks of social contradictions,and objectively giving the grass roots party Organizational social governance has put forward a series of new challenges and new requirements.Therefore,rural grassroots party organizations must improve their social governance capabilities in order to promote the modernization of social governance and party building.This article takes the social governance capabilities of rural grassroots party organizations as the main line of research,mainly from four aspects.The first part is to start with the definition of the concept,which respectively elaborates on the social governance,the concept of grassroots party organizations and the specific manifestations of social governance capabilities,and clarifies the research objects.The second part is to sort out the theoretical origins of the party’s rural social governance from a historical perspective,as well as the evolutionary process of the performance and manifestation of the grass-roots party organization’s ability to govern rural society in different historical periods,and a longitudinal summary of the historical experience gained in the social governance of rural grassroots party organizations provides historical enlightenment for contemporary practice.The third part is to adhere to the problem orientation,combining the current typical cases of rural governance and the requirements of the new era,in-depth analysis of the new problems existing in the social governance capabilities of rural grassroots party organizations in the new era are:Insufficient political leadership ability,insufficient mass organization ability,insufficient ability to lead various social organizations in rural areas,and insufficient ability to integrate social resources.The influencing factors are: the rapid development of new urbanization,the increasingly complex and prominent rural contradictions,and the weak rural economic foundation.The fourth part is based on the current lack of governance capabilities and the relevant experience and enlightenment of typical cases of grassroots party organizations across the country that have achieved results in social governance.From five aspects:strengthening political leadership ability,strengthening mass organization ability,strengthening organization coordinated governance ability,strengthening resource integration ability and strengthening social governance innovation ability,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the social governance ability of rural grassroots party organizations.
