In recent years,both domestic and foreign,sexual assault behavior is frequently,from the legal level to improve the regulation of sexual assault behavior,effective containment of sexual assault behavior should be every country's legislative work can not be ignored.In most foreign countries,in addition to the criminal regulation of sexual assault,civil regulation is also more common.But at present,the regulation of sexual assault in our country mainly depends on public law such as Criminal Law and Administrative Law,but there is little in civil law.In fact,the act of sexual assault violates the victim's right of sexual autonomy.As an important right of personality,it should be stipulated and protected by civil law,therefore,in order to protect the sexual autonomy of the natural person and make the victims of sexual assault obtain effective civil remedies,this article will analyze and discuss the legal regulation of sexual assault from the civil point of view.First of all,it briefly introduces the basic theory of sexual assault,and defines the meaning of sexual assault,the object of the right violated,the characteristics of the act and its manifestation,finally,in the context of the compilation of the Civil Code of our country,and in combination with the Civil Code(draft)currently published,the author makes a comparative study on the legal regulations of some representative regions and countries outside China,to propose the system conception to our country's future civil law regulation sexual assault behavior.
