Research On My Country's Advanced Typical Education Innovation In The New Era

Advanced models education is an important method and effective form of Ideological and Political education.Itpersonalizes,visualizes and vivids the abstract spiritual quality and moral norms by using the excellent deeds of the advanced model,so that the educated people can resonate with their thoughts and emotions,and then improve themselves by imitating the advanced model.The advanced models of all walks of life are glowing in their posts,and they have become leadersin their field and even a benchmark for national learning.The demonstration and incentive function of the advanced model has a great guiding role for the development of the whole society.General Secretary Xi Jinping has also praised the advanced model on important occasions for many times.It is of great significance to study the advanced models education thoroughly in the new era for improving people's moral quality,carrying forword the socialist core values and promoting the modernization of national governance.This paper takes the theory and practice of advanced models education as the research content and comprehensively analyzes the research status of advanced models education at home and abroad.Guided by Marxist theory on advanced models education and related theories of ideological and political education and based on relevant knowledge of pedagogy,psychology,and management,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the advanced models education in China and puts forward the corresponding solutions.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which briefly analyzes the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research methods,innovations and deficiencies of advanced models education in the new era.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and knowledge reference of concept definition and research,which expounds the specific content of related concepts of advanced models education and sorts out the theoretical basis of advanced models education and knowledge reference of related disciplines.The third chapter studies the main characteristics and contemporary value of the advanced models of our country in the new era.It expounds the cultivation and selection process of advanced models education,it sorts out several advanced models educational activities held in the name of the state in the new era,and summarizes and refines the spiritual characteristics of the vanguard model of the new era and its value in the current era.The fourth chapter is a realistic review of advanced models education in the new era.First of all,it summarizes the advantages and experience of advanced models education in the new era,and then it analyzes the problems and causes of advanced models education in the new era.Chapter five studies the solutions of the innovation of advanced models education in the new era mainly from four aspects:enriching the content of advanced models education,enhancing the attractiveness of advanced models education,improving the relevant mechanism of advanced models education,and creating an environment of advanced models education in the new era.
