Occupy the ideological position or not is always been an important factor related to the stability and prosperity of the country and the success or failure of the socialist cause.From the discussion of class struggle theory and ideological and political work as the lifeblood of all work in the early days of the People's Republic of China,to focusing on the construction of spiritual civilization around the central work of economic construction,to the formation of the system of core values,no matter in theory innovation or organizational practice,the construction of our country's ideology has been keeping pace with the times.In the new era,the ideological education,the ideological education of young people in particular is still the main focus of our country's extremely important ideological work.In the work of youth education,school education bears the main responsibility of ideological education for the youth before the age of 18.However,after the youth go to the society,socialist ideological education cannot end with it.On the contrary,it should connect with their work and life and continue to guide the material practice of youth.This paper focuses on the youth in cultural institutions,which is because our ideological construction in the new era further emphasizes the role of culture.As a national strategy,cultural power is an important part of the realization of the Chinese dream.As an important builder of the public cultural service system,the ideological and educational level of the youth team affects the public cultural products and culture of the masses service level and direction.But in fact,the youth in cultural institutions are facing many problems.In this regard,the author takes the youth in cultural institutions in Baiyun District and 22 towns and streets of Guangzhou as the objects of investigation,and investigates their learning awareness,learning needs and learning methods.The problems found in the survey include the lack of young people's understanding of ideological education in cultural institutions and the lack of responsibility of cultural institutions builders;the poor learning effect and lack of political nature of young people,and the lack of awareness of their own responsibility for the times;the influence of network culture and entertainment culture on young people's thinking,and the lack of deep thinking;the current political issues of the current hot spot and the meaning of public opinion publicity Insufficient attention to the problem of cognitive form.There are many reasons for these problems.This paper mainly discusses the internal and external reasons,including western culture,all kinds of thoughts,social multiple conflicts of interest,etc.the internal reasons are mainly the lack of understanding of education and ideological deviation of young people themselves.In order to respond to the new demands put forward by the new era to the youth in cultural institutions,this paper holds that we should grasp the main problem of youth's learning endogenous power,understand the ideological trends of youth,and improve the youth's sense of identity and mission responsibility for cultural undertakings,Change the role of passive learning,enhance the learning effect of young people in cultural institutions,improve their learning enthusiasm,increase their investment,establish and improve the youth learning and training system in institutions,encourage young people to actively approach the party organization,constantly exercise their thinking and character in cultural practice,and achieve self-development and prosperity of cultural undertakings.By constantly strengthening the ideological and educational work of youth in cultural institutions in the new era,the young people can strengthen their political position in learning,improve their working skills in work,become excellent cultural builders in the new era,and contribute to the establishment of a cultural power.
