This thesis is combined with the theory of Ideological and Political Education and the social reality of urban village. It holds the urban village youth groups’widespread ideological problems as the main line, meantime, adopt the factors and effective countermeasures for system framework. It intends to apply the Ideological and Political Education theory to solve real-world problems. Ideally, expect the youth of villages to meet the ideological and moral quality requirements of the modern city. The full text can be divided into four parts except the introduction.The chapter one gives a whole cognition of urban village youth groups. Beginning with the origin of the villages in the city and determine the range of the "Villages" in text, then give the orientation of urban village youth according to their age. Further, indentified the object of study is15year-old to34year-old local youth of the villages and summarized the particularity.The chapter two analyses the situation of the youth groups of villages and points out that several problems that exist in their minds. By means of the questionnaire which based on life, political outlook, ethics and legal sense, etc. It comes to the conclusion that the fuzzy beliefs, the reality and utility of the value orientation, the low awareness of political participation, the weak sense of responsibility, the lack of social morality and professional ethics, the dim concept of the law, and the backward means of protection are the common issues for the urban village youth, then the article probe these issues cause what impact on society, family and individuals.The chapter three performs causal analysis of the problem mainly from two aspects. The subjective factors include the educational level, vocational skills and mental quality, while the objective factors contain the unsoundness of household registration management system, the inequality of social security and the culture conflict between urban and rural.The chapter four draws up from four aspects to propose actions to address the ideological problems of the urban village youth. According to the issues and causes, make recommendations and effective measures. Firstly, Education in politics, ideology, and individuals includes world outlook, moral values, political views and legal sense. Secondly, take consulting counseling education, prevention education and network Ideological and Political Education methods. Thirdly, perfect the mechanism of Ideological and Political Education by protect investment in education funds and team building, etc. Lastly, optimize the Ideological and Political Education environment through socialist democracy and legal construction, cultural and recreational activities, reform and improve the social system, public opinion, etc.
