With the development of society and the enhancement of citizens’ awareness of rights,the attention to privacy has been raised,and the theoretical research related to the issue of privacy has become more and more abundant.Although the protection of minors’ right to privacy has also received some attention and development,it is still in the stage of publicity and advocacy,and has not yet formed a complete protection system.In particular,the privacy protection of primary school students has not received enough attention from the whole society,and there is little theoretical research.The provisions of the law on the privacy rights of primary school students are relatively general and lack of operability.In the process of education management,the behavior of divulging students’ privacy occurs from time to time.With the widespread application of network technology,class micro-million group has increasingly become an important platform for communication between primary and secondary schools.While bringing a lot of convenience,the negative impact of improper disclosure of students’ privacy on the physical and mental health of primary students is often ignored,and teachers,parents and even students’ privacy is questioned.To improve the legal awareness of protecting minors’ privacy,and to smoke the privacy protection of primary school students in the management of class group,is not only conducive to the formation of a sound personality of primary school students,but also conducive to the construction of a harmonious teacher-student relationship,parentchild relationship,to promote the overall healthy development of primary school students.By referring to relevant literature and theoretical research results at home and abroad,the thesis understands the current situation of privacy protection of primary school students in the form of questionnaire survey and interview,analyzes the problems and causes related to privacy protection of primary school students in class group management,puts forward protection suggestions and draws relevant conclusions.The thesis is mainly divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction mainly expounds the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research methods,the concept of privacy right and the research status at home and abroad.The first chapter of the body part mainly summarizes the relevant theories of the privacy right of primary school students,including the definition of the concept of the privacy right of primary school students,the content,the analysis of its characteristics and the necessity of the protection of the privacy right of primary school students.The second chapter mainly for primary school students’ right of privacy protection ring group management present situation investigation and analysis,through the form of questionnaire and interview,the understanding of teachers,parents and pupils for privacy,in the process of education and student privacy protection related problems and investigate the legal consciousness,and statistic analysis of questionnaire and interview;The third chapter mainly expounds the main behaviors and reasons that teachers and parents violate the privacy of pupils in the management of class group.The fourth chapter mainly puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the protection of the privacy rights of primary school students themselves,family education,school education and law.The conclusion part summarizes that the privacy protection of primary school students not only needs schools,teachers,parents and primary school students themselves to improve the legal awareness of privacy protection,but also needs the common attention and attention of the whole society.
