Research On Market Supervision Of Shaanxi Provincial Government Under The Background Of Institutional Reform

In order to adapt to the rapidly developing socialist market economic system and promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,the reform of government institutions has become one of the key contents of China's administrative system reform.According to the new round of the State Council's institutional reform plan,streamlining administration,delegating power and optimizing the government's organizational structure are important tasks for institutional reform and provide a strong guarantee for strengthening government market supervision.Effective market supervision is an indispensable force and mechanism of the market economy and an important aspect of the reform of China's economic system and the transformation of government functions.According to the report,the 19 th congress of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,social principal contradictions of our country has been converted to the good life is people's increasing need and inadequate development imbalance between the contradictions,it's market control ability put forward new requirements to the national economy,market supervision put forward new requirements to the government,puts forward new requirements to product high quality development.In this paper,through the study of market supervision of Shaanxi Provincial government,the use of literature analysis and interview,relying on the relevant basic theories,the role of the government in the market supervision of each context system,especially in the reform practice of Shaanxi Provincial government,the existing problems and deep reasons.We will comprehensively strengthen market oversight in the new era,guided by the development of high-quality products.With the rapid economic development,a new era of regulation has arrived.We need to give full play to the role of various regulatory entities,such as the government,enterprises,industry associations and the media,build innovative regulatory models,and improve the level and efficiency of regulation.
