information resources,has gradually reached the bottleneck of its development,and the survival of lawyers and law firms are facing severe market test.The author as a director of shandong ZCQT law firm,over the years,through continuous accumulation of lawyer management work experience,on how to reform and innovation on the operation mode and the innovation and development direction in the law firm,deep thinking and summary,proposed must be to build core competitive power as the center,the law firm to benefit sharing development operation mode reform step by step.In this paper,the author points out the feasibility and importance of establishing a comprehensive innovation service platform for law firms by combining the reform and innovation implementation opinions formulated by law firms and the effectiveness evaluation of the three-year development plan in the implementation.In view of shandong ZCQT law firm after years of development has been equipped with sufficient
