| Since the reform and opening up,different cultural concepts have been intertwined and integrated in various fields of Chinese society.Facing the complicated social environment,the Party Central Committee explicitly put forward the socialist core values in the eighteen.Based on the new stage of development,Xi Jinping pointed out that in the nineteen and fourth plenary session of the nineteen Central Committee,we should integrate the socialist core values into all aspects of social development,and we must adhere to the socialist core values to lead the cultural construction.The spirit of the important instructions of the Party Central Committee is the starting point and foothold of this study.This study adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and research,through questionnaires,interviews and other forms to clarify the current situation of the integration of socialist core values into university culture.Based on the analysis of the existing problems,this thesis explores the basic areas of the socialist core values into the construction of university culture from multiple angles and multiple aspects.Finally,summarizes a set of realization mechanism of integration.The main innovations are as follows: first,the research perspective is new.At present,there are few researches in the academic circle from the perspective of "integration".Second,the research content is new,which is mainly reflected in the guiding ideology and new emphasis of the research contents.The shortcomings of the research are: the scope of investigation is not wide enough;the theoretical discussion is not deep enough.The socialist core values define the direction of education for the construction of university culture,and the construction of university culture provides a platform for educating people for the cultivation of socialist core values.The two have inherent logical relations of mutual integration and complement.The integration of socialist core values into the university culture construction is the actual demand for establishing correct values and carrying out the fundamental task of moral education.And it is the important way to strengthen ideological cohesion and strengthen cultural self-confidence.It is also an objective choice for building a great wall of core values and leading a good social trend.At present,the work of "integration" in the construction of university culture has achieved certain results,which are reflected in: the awareness and practice of socialist core values have been enhanced;the platform and equipment are relatively complete;and the team and system have been continuously improved.The main problems in the current integration process are: the method is single;the practice is insufficient;the characteristic elements are not obvious.The reasons for the problems are: lack of innovation consciousness,integration form needs to be expanded;lack of coordination consciousness,integration level needs to be deepened;lack of integration consciousness,integration content needs to be enriched.The basic fields of integrating the socialist core values into the construction of university culture are as follows: integrating the socialist core values into the material cultural construction of the university needs to be integrated in forging university infrastructure,shaping the university cultural landscape,and creating university cultural facilities;Incorporating the core socialist values into the spiritual and cultural construction of the university requires integration in forging high-quality university ideas,shaping high-level university teachers,and creating high-quality university students;Integrating the socialist core values into the construction of the university system culture needs to be integrated into the formulation and implementation of the university system;Integrating the socialist core values into the construction of university behavioral culture needs to integrate in the innovation of multi-level university cultural activities and the development of a wide range of practice platforms.The realization mechanism should be established and perfected as follows: leadership decision-making and organization implementation mechanism,system inspection and innovation mechanism,public opinion guidance mechanism,practice cultivation mechanism,incentive reward and evaluation correction mechanism. |
