In recent years,my country's sexual assault of minors has a high incidence,with the characteristics of a high proportion of acquaintances committing crimes and a high rate of recidivism,the concealment of criminal modus operandi is not easy to detect,and the number of crimes committed online has increased.It is difficult to control the occurrence of such crimes through general prevention and requires special measures.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a public information system for sexual assault of minors in my country.At the same time,the principle of the best interests of the child,the concept of priority protection of children,the special prevention of sexual assault crimes,and the concept of social defense provide a legal basis for it.By referring to relevant systems outside the territory and combining with the actual conditions of my country's own legislation and judicial practice,it provides suggestions for the establishment of a system for the disclosure of information on sexual assaults against minors in my country.In terms of legislation,my country needs to formulate administrative regulations to provide a legal basis for the system.In practice,my country needs to improve the information registration system for sexual assaults of minors,establish an information inquiry system,establish a risk management system for sex offenders,and establish a relief mechanism for the rights of the announced.
