Research On Judicial Protection Of Reliance Interests Of Administrative Counterparts

It is of great significance to provide judicial protection for the reliance interest of the administrative counterparts to protect the reasonable expectation of citizens,create a good business environment,supervise the administration of administrative organs according to law,and promote the benign interaction between administrative organs and the counterpart.Compared with the theoretical research on the protection of reliance interest in recent years,the application and innovation of the protection of reliance interest of the court is flourishing,contributing its own wisdom to the maintenance of the reliance interest of administrative counterparts.However,due to the lack of necessary normative guidance,mature academic support and the coordination of relevant supporting systems,and the lack of the knowledge supply of the court itself,the current situation of the judicial protection of the administrative counterparts 'reliance interest is not ideal,which needs to be improved.Based on the basic theory of judicial protection of reliance interest,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of judicial protection of administrative counterparts ' reliance interest provided by the court in combination with specific cases,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve it.
