Research On The International Railway Freight Transport System

International railway freight transport is playing an increasingly important role in the process of Eurasian continent interconnection.In recent years,railway infrastructure has been improved,but the inconsistency of software facilities,such as international railway freight transport system,has become a factor affecting the efficiency of international railway freight transport.This paper according to the convention on the international railway transport and the international railway cargo transport agreement on two major international railway cargo transport convention is not consistent,and comparison of the two big convention,by analyzing the factors hindering the research on the unified two convention,such as the conflict between national sovereignty and freedom of transit,lack of national policy information sharing mechanism of railway transportation,convention organization international railway transport of goods between government organizations and international railway cooperation organization two big political camps in the conflict,draw the conclusion: At present,it is not realistic to unify the two conventions.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the coordination of the international railway freight transport system.Finally,combining with the current situation of China’s railway freight transport legal system,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the legal system of China’s cross-border railway freight transport.It is hoped that China will give full play to its role as the initiator of One Belt And One Road,seek multi-party cooperation,promote the coordination of the international railway freight transport system,clarify the legal basis,provide necessary legal guarantee for the international railway freight transport,and improve the operation efficiency of China-Europe freight trains and the trade facilitation level between China and Europe.
