Research On The Review System For Simple Cases Of Concentration Of Undertakings

Under the current development trend of world economic integration,the development of enterprises in various countries is facing great challenges from home and abroad,and the competition among operators is more intense.In order to enhance their respective market competitiveness,it is an important choice to participate in the concentration of operators.In the face of increasing cases of concentration of operators,in order to reduce the workload of law enforcement agencies and maintain a fair market competition environment,the examination system of simple cases of concentration of operators is ready to emerge.This paper analyzes the review process of practical cases and thinks about some problems exposed in the process of review.This paper combs the substantive and procedural factors of the application of the summary case review system of concentration of business operators,discusses the theoretical value of the summary case review system,highlights the necessity of the system design,and finally draws lessons from the practical application of the system in foreign countries,and puts forward some legal suggestions for the improvement of the summary case review system of concentration of business operators in China,which is also the contribution of this paper.
