Research On Local Government Drug Safety Supervision

The drug is indispensable to mass production and living supplies.Dr ug safety is not only related to the health of the people,which social harmony and stability of an important factor.With the rapid development of economy,science and technology,culture,drugs as a special commodity to solve the disease to bring health to the masses,its production,operation,sales,use and other scale is expanding,drug regulation also brings unprecedented difficulties,especially in recent years the frequent occurrence of drug safety accidents more to drug regulation put forward new higher requirements and standards,for example,in July 2018,Changchun Changsheng Biotechnology Co.The falsification of rabies vaccine production records caused an uproar,which not only caused damage to the lives and health of the public,but also seriously undermined the credibility and authority of the government.Since 1998,China's drug safety supervision has undergone several reforms,which have to some extent optimized the allocation of administrative resources and improved regulatory efficiency.However,with the development of the economy,the market environment,social environment,the rapid transformation of the consumer environment,China's drug safety problems have not been an effective solution path.In particular,the frequent occurrence of drug safety accidents in recent years has not only profoundly touched the public's nerves,but also shifted people's attention from high drug prices,difficult and expensive medical care to drug safety issues.How to strengthen drug safety supervision,improve the level of supervision and capacity,enhance the effectiveness of supervision,to ensure drug safety has become the current urgent need to study and solve the main problem.In the current environment of China,district and county-level market supervision and management departments are the most grassroots administrative drug enforcement units and the most important regulatory force.In this paper,taking W county as an example,we focus on strengthening and improving drug safety supervision,following the general argumentative method of raising problems,analyzing them and solving them,fully linking with the actual situation,combining real data,and synthesizing various internal and external factors to make a comprehensive argumentative analysis.The paper is rigorous and scientific in order to seek a systematic,complete and effective strategy for drug market supervision.Firstly,in this paper,the basic situation of drug safety regulation,the situation of regulatory departments,the situation of regulatory targets and the effectiveness of current regulation are introduced.Secondly,the problems of the current drug safety regulation in W County are analyzed: differences in regulatory models,loopholes in regulatory enforcement,backward regulatory means and weakened enforcement effectiveness,etc.,and the causes of the problems are analyzed in response to the problems.Finally,combining the settings and characteristics of the existing drug safety regulatory agencies in W County,countermeasures are proposed in terms of accelerating the improvement of resource integration,building a unified regulatory system,enhancing drug safety regulatory capacity,increasing the effectiveness of drug regulatory enforcement and improving the drug safety regulatory support system.In order to further improve the drug safety regulatory mechanism in W County,solve the problems of drug circulation regulation,comprehensively improve the drug regulatory capacity and level in W County,and at the same time make reference for the grassroots government in drug safety regulatory work.
