The aging of the population is an irreversible population development trend on a global scale.Elderly living alone refers to the elderly who live alone due to divorce, separation, unmarried, widowed and other reasons in real life, and do not share the same living space with their children or other relatives. As a more disadvantaged group than the empty-nest elderly, they face more severe problems in providing for the elderly. This paper takes the elderly living alone in the urban communities of Guiyang as the research object, and studies the willingness of the elderly living alone to participate in the mutual assistance pension model. The main research purpose is to increase the willingness of the elderly living alone to participate in the mutual assistance pension and promote the improvement and development of the mutual assistance pension. After analysis and research,The main conclusions are as follows:The existing forms of mutual assistance for the elderly in Guiyang City mainly include "time bank" mutual assistance for the elderly and base activities.Due to the late start-up time and insufficient development, both models have practical problems such as insufficient capital investment, lack of policy support, and insufficient public awareness. In addition, there are also difficulties in the specific operation of the "time bank" model, which will hinder the city of Guiyang. The development of community mutual assistance for the elderly.Based on the survey and analysis of 171 elderly living alone,in terms of the willingness to choose the old-age care model, family care is still the preferred old-age care model for the elderly living alone. From the perspective of the overall willingness of elderly people living alone to participate in mutual assistance,60.2% of elderly people living alone express their willingness to participate in mutual assistance. The overall willingness to participate is high, but at the same time it must be noted that due to various factors, there are still some elderly people living alone who are unwilling to participate in mutual assistance for the elderly. After descriptive analysis and cross-analysis,11 factors with significant influence were screened out. After further binary regression analysis,7 significant influencing factors were obtained. On this basis, the ISM model was performed on these 7 significant influencing factors analysis. The analysis results show that the education level of the elderly living alone,self-assessed health status, monthly income level, understanding of mutual assistance for the elderly, loneliness, whether there is a favorite mutual aid object, and the community's care for the elderly living alone,these7 factors will have a significant impact Its willingness to participate.Specifically, the degree of loneliness and whether they have a favorite mutual assistance object are superficial direct factors;the monthly income level, the community's care for the elderly living alone, and the knowledge of the elderly living alone on mutual assistance are middle-level indirect factors;the education level of the elderly living alone,Self-assessed health status is a deep root cause.Based on the results of empirical analysis, suggestions are made to promote the participation of elderly people living alone in the elderly in Guiyang's urban communities: advocate the new concept of mutual aid, increase the development and investment of mutual aid projects;develop education for the elderly, and provide intellectual support for elderly people living alone in mutual aid and elderly care.;Vigorously develop the elderly health industry, improve the health status of the elderly living alone;increase the supply of elderly care services, improve the elderly security mechanism;actively cultivate and develop elderly voluntary service organizations, and provide organizational guarantees for the elderly living alone to participate in mutual assistance for the elderly.
