Research On The Improvement Of The Tort Liability System For High-altitude Parabolic Objects

The main problem to be solved in this article is to improve the system of parabolic infringement cases at high altitude.A large number of experts and scholars have questioned Article 87 of the Tort Liability Law.Through the study of cases of parabolic infringement damage that occurred in real life,this article conducts theoretical discussions and legal norms on the relevant questions about the defects of Article 87.Analyze and combine with the relevant provisions of the recently effective "Civil Code" to discuss the perfection of the parabolic system.This article provides corresponding solutions to relevant realistic judicial problems,and provides some ideas for perfecting legislation to the relevant provisions of the current law,in order to better play the role of the civil tort liability system and better balance civil liberties and rights relief.
