In the era of credit economy,credit affects every aspect of our lives.Nowadays,my country has also begun to pay attention to and promote the establishment and improvement of the social credit system at the policy level.With the establishment and improvement of the punishment system for dishonesty,and the introduction of joint disciplinary measures by various departments,more and more untrustworthy subjects have been included.The administrative blacklist brings about an increase in the cost of dishonesty and the reduction and restriction of all aspects of the rights of dishonest subjects.Although the punishment system for dishonesty can regulate dishonesty behaviors and serve as a warning to the society,in view of the many problems in credit restoration in China,for example,the current regulations on credit restoration are relatively scattered,lack of legal provisions in a narrow sense,and most regulations,Regulations,and regulatory documents only briefly mention the need to establish a sound or perfect credit restoration system,and do not give specific procedures.The regulations are relatively general.The author proposes that the credit restoration mechanism should be improved to ensure the integrity of the dishonesty punishment system and the integrity of the dishonesty The subject's legitimate rights.As far as the current social legal mechanism is concerned,the implementation and development of my country's credit restoration mechanism is still in the slow starting stage of “try first,and gradually promote”.The author has reviewed and sorted out more detailed and rigorous laws and regulations on the credit restoration mechanism.,Regulatory documents,etc.,explore and analyze the current regulations of the credit restoration mechanism,and provide more material for the author's research on the credit restoration mechanism.After the author's research,I found that a complete credit restoration mechanism should include credit restoration conditions,credit restoration methods,credit restoration procedures,and supervision and control mechanisms.Looking at the current regulations,the current practice of credit restoration in my country has problems such as low legal status,fuzzy identification of credit restoration conditions,inconsistent credit restoration procedures,single credit restoration methods,and lack of supervision and restriction mechanisms.Based on this,the author correspondingly proposed five measures to improve the legal status of the credit repair mechanism,categorize untrustworthy behavior,standardize credit repair procedures,improve credit repair methods,and improve the supervision and control mechanism.
