On The Legislative Perfection Of Personal Credit Repair System In China

The personal credit repair system is an organic part of the social credit legal system.It refers to the system in which a discredited individual takes the initiative to correct his discredited behavior within a certain period of time and re-establishes his personal credit according to certain conditions and prescribed procedures.There are many imperfections,such as the lack of specific conditions for personal credit repair,unreasonable treatment methods,incomplete repair procedures and imperfect supervision.The practice effect and social subject evaluation of individual credit repair system are greatly reduced.In view of the existing problems in the legislation of personal credit repair system in China,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for the legislation of personal credit repair system at the national level from the following aspects: refining the conditions of personal credit repair,constructing a reasonable handling way of personal credit repair,perfecting the procedure of personal credit repair,and perfecting the supervision of personal credit repair system.
