Research On The Organizational Construction Of The Private Factory Party In Shanghai In The Early Stage Of New China (1949-1956)

Under the unified leadership of the Shanghai municipal Party committee,the party organization construction in private factories in Shanghai was carried out by drawing lessons from the experience of the Party consolidation and construction movement of municipal organs and state-owned factories.The party organization in private factories achieved certain development during the "five anti" movement and the democratic reform movement.It not only publicized the party's policies in private factories,but also raised the awareness of the working class,At the same time,it also promoted the production development of private factories,enhanced the grass-roots organizational strength of private factories,and laid the organizational foundation for the socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce.This article will start with the construction of the party organization in Shanghai private factories in the early New China.Based on the existing academic achievements in China,this article will sort out the main contents,and discuss the problems and solutions in the process of the party organization construction in private factories,so as to summarize the relevant experience.This paper presents the research on the party's organizational construction of private factories in Shanghai in four chapters.The first chapter explains the theoretical sources and direct causes of the party's organizational construction in private factories in Shanghai.The second chapter mainly expounds the construction of Party members in private factories in Shanghai,and combs a series of construction process of Party members in private factories in Shanghai.The third chapter discusses the construction of the party members and cadres in private factories in Shanghai.It mainly introduces the improvement of the party organization system in private factories,the deployment of the party members and cadres,and the training and education of the party's grassroots backbone in private factories.In the fourth chapter,this paper interprets the achievements and experience of the party's organizational construction in private factories in Shanghai,affirms the significance and value of the party's organizational construction in private factories,in order to provide historical reference for the party's construction of "Two New" organizations in the new era.
