Research On Innovation Of Public Security Mediation Mechanism From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

In 2020,facing the severe and complex domestic and international environment,especially the severe impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,my country's economy will grow against the trend,and the GDP will exceed the 100 trillion yuan mark.At the same time,with the successful conclusion of my country's economic and social "13th Five-Year Plan" and the accelerated start of the "14th Five-Year Plan",the diverse social structure and deepened interest pattern have been adjusted and rapidly transformed.Economic and social development is in progress.The problem of inadequate and unbalanced balance has also become more prominent,leading to an endless stream of conflicts and contradictions.This has become more prominent at the grassroots level,which greatly affects the long-term stability and harmonious development of society.As one of the most direct,widespread and common subjects facing social conflicts and disputes,the grass-roots police station has a bearing on the overall situation of my country's economic development and social stability on how to effectively resolve diversified and complicated disputes.As an important part of the social "grand mediation" system,public security mediation has the advantages of low cost,short time,and high efficiency.It has become the "first choice" for most people to resolve conflicts and disputes.This article aims at resolving conflicts and disputes at the police station in S area B,and innovatively quotes the stakeholder theory model,and divides the stakeholders of public security mediation into the grassroots police station,the parties to the dispute,other administrative and judicial departments,and social forces.Through field observation,Case analysis and other methods,combined with the author's nearly5 years of work experience,in-depth research and analysis of the current situation and problems of public security mediation in the S District B police station.Based on the four major issues that exist in the police mediation of S District B police station in connection with other mediations,the team of mediators,the operation of the mediation mechanism,and mediation supervision,actively explore countermeasures and suggestions to resolve conflicts and disputes,explore the establishment of a sound social conflict resolution mechanism,and propose Improve the legal protection mechanism for public security mediation,improve the interaction mechanism between public security mediation and other mediations,create a mediation mechanism for professional mediators,and strengthen the supervision system of public security mediation,thereby helping to build the first line of defense for maintaining stability at the grassroots level.
