Research On Coping Strategies For Police-related Network Public Opinion

With the social transformation of our country entering the critical period,the pattern of the main body of social interests has undergone major changes,and the trend of complicated and diversified social contradictions appears.With the development of the Internet,the public is more in the network to express their views and views on social contradictions.As an armed administrative and criminal law enforcement organ of the people's democratic dictatorship,the public security organs of our country are at the forefront of participating in national governance and resolving social contradictions.Because of the particularity of public security work,the behavior of public security organs and police is more vulnerable to the attention of the public and the media,resulting in the number of police network public opinion events rising year by year.Police network public opinion An image brings negative influence,reduces the credibility of public security organs,and affects the harmonious relationship between the police and the people.On the basis of explaining the concept and characteristics of police network public opinion,this paper analyzes the present situation of police network public opinion and the effect of public security organs on police network public opinion.Based on the theory of public crisis management,this paper analyzes the evolution of public opinion on traffic violations in Porsche,Chongqing,using literature research method,case analysis method and summary method,and probes into the problems existing in the process of public opinion response of public security organs involved in police network lies in the lack of early warning and monitoring ability,the lack of professional ability to deal with the matter,and the lack of attention to the recovery after the event,and analyzes the problems The reason lies in the fact that the cognition of the network public opinion is not in place,the capacity building of the team to deal with the network public opinion is lagging behind,and the joint force of the department is not good.Finally,this paper makes use of the crisis management theory and combines its own work experience,and puts forward the optimization strategy with pertinence,applicability and maneuverability,in order to assist the public security organs to better deal with the crisis of public opinion related to the police network.In the stage of prevention in advance,we should strengthen internal management,do a good job in carrying out our duties according to law;improve the cognition of public opinion,do a good job of monitoring public opinion;attach importance to the construction of positions,do a good job of positive propaganda;put an end to paralyzing ideas and do a good job of correct study and judgment.In the stage of handling the matter,we should actively voice,seize the first opportunity of public opinion;face the front,dare to announce the truth;guide the situation,guide the public opinion positively;and form the joint force of disposal.Ex post recovery phase Pay attention to the construction of professional team We will strengthen the construction of supporting facilities,thoroughly rectify the online order and improve the relevant legal system.
