Research On Administrative Legal Supervision Issues Of Webcasting

Driven by Internet information technology,my country's live streaming industry has developed rapidly.While driving economic development,it is also gradually changing people's lifestyles.Webcast has attracted the attention of the majority of netizens due to its immediacy,interactivity,and entertainment.The huge number of users and the influx of capital make the webcast industry have broad development prospects.However,the vigorous development of the webcast industry has also brought many new problems.Excessive pursuit of interests has produced undesirable phenomena such as vulgarization,violence,and pornography of live broadcast content,which has caused serious adverse effects on social order and exposed the webcast industry.Many legal risks arise.Although our country's administrative agencies responded quickly to the chaos of webcasting,they formulated a series of corresponding laws and regulations to guide the healthy development of the webcast industry,which played a positive role.But it is undeniable that there are still many areas that need to be improved in the current administrative legal supervision mechanism.First of all,in terms of the webcasting legal system,my country's webcasting legal system is of low level,which lacks corresponding compulsory regulations;the legislative content is complex,which conflicts with the upper law,causing damage to the unification of the legal system;the regulatory content needs to be further improved;the regulatory enforcement procedures are lacking.Secondly,in terms of the administrative law enforcement of webcasting,there are many webcasting regulatory agencies in my country.The diversified regulatory agencies lead to unclear powers and responsibilities,low efficiency,increase administrative costs,and cause a waste of administrative resources;regulatory agencies attach importance to external mandatory sanctions.Ignoring the construction of industry self-discipline mechanism is not conducive to effective supervision from within the industry.Through an in-depth analysis of the above issues,this article points out the crux of the problem,and introduces the relevant supervision methods of foreign webcasting.Based on the actual situation of our country,it summarizes the enlightenment of foreign successful experience in governance of the webcasting environment for my country.Finally,in view of the existing problems in the administrative legal supervision of live webcasting in my country,corresponding suggestions for improvement are put forward.By improving the existing supervision system and model,establish a systematic and efficient webcasting administrative legal supervision mechanism,with a view to guiding my country's webcasting industry to a standardized and legalized development track,so that our country will become an Internet power.
