With the development of recommendation systems and computer vision under artificial intelligence technology(AI),the built-in recommendation systems of e-commerce third-party platforms and facial recognition payment installed on facial recognition terminals bring convenience to consumers,but also often go without consumption.The person expressly agrees to collect and use the consumer’s personal information synchronously in the background through artificial intelligence technology.The improper collection and utilization of consumers’ personal information by artificial intelligence technology has caused consumers’ personal information security to face new challenges.In the era of artificial intelligence,how to better protect consumers’ personal information rights has become a hot and difficult point in legal theory and practice.The study found that because artificial intelligence has the advantages of "content sharing","collection secrecy" and "diversity of channels" in the collection of consumer personal information,it also has "convenience of use" and "convenience of use" in the use of consumer personal information.The characteristics of "precision of delivering" and "infinite infringement" make the protection of consumers’ personal information rights in my country face new problems,which are mainly reflected in: First,operators use artificial intelligence to infringe consumers’ personal information rights.Including "price discrimination" infringing on the right to know consumer information,"compulsory implantation" infringing on the right to choose consumer information,and "authorization policy" infringing on the right to control consumer information.These actions violate the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" mainly and The "Price Law" as a supplement and other laws and regulations have harmed consumers’ multiple legitimate rights and interests based on personal information rights;second,the scope of consumer personal information protection in my country is in urgent need of further legal expansion;third,artificial intelligence There is still a lack of uniform standards for the determination of tort liability after intervention;fourth,there are still differences in the selection of the corresponding legislative system;fifth,there is a lack of innovation in the supervision of artificial intelligence technology.At the end of the thesis,combined with the analysis of consumer personal information rights protection under artificial intelligence technology in developed countries and the reference of relevant legislative experience,it puts forward suggestions for improvement of consumer personal information rights protection in the era of artificial intelligence in my country.
