In the era of digital economy,the network economy is booming.Data is an important means of production for data-driven enterprises and has become the core competitive element of enterprises.It not only promotes the high-quality development of economy,but also brings benefits to consumers.However,there will also be hidden monopoly worries such as defensive merger,price collusion and abuse of market dominance.Due to the rapid development of computer technology and the relative lag of national antitrust regulation,the traditional supporting review ideas,laws and regulations face various obstacles in dealing with the concentration of data-driven enterprises.To explore the regulation of data-driven industry antitrust under the existing antitrust framework,we must make specific adjustments in combination with the actual situation of data-driven market competition.Specifically: first,strengthen the review and supervision of the merger of data-driven operators;The second is to optimize the method of defining the relevant market of data-driven industries;The third is to reconstruct the recognition rules of data-driven market dominance;Fourth,pay attention to the non price factors in the evaluation of competitive effect;Fifth,improve the relief measures for business concentration.
