Compared with TPP,CPTPP shelved 11 intellectual property clauses,leading to a decline in the level of intellectual property protection in CPTPP,but it still represents the latest trend in the international development of intellectual property clauses.At present,China has formally submitted the application to join THE CPTPP to strive for a more comprehensive and higher level of openness,so it is of great significance to study the CPTPP intellectual property rules in depth at this time.First of all,for CPTPP the background,development course of review,the general content on intellectual property rights and induces the characteristics,it can be seen that although the level of economy and intellectual property rights of CPTPP decreases,but is still a high level of regional free trade agreement,expansion broad prospects,and has the characteristics of the comprehensive and high standard.Secondly,a comparative analysis is made between the INTELLECTUAL property rules in CPTPP and the relevant contents of TRIPs agreement.In the fields of trademark right,patent right,copyright and intellectual property law enforcement,many articles are characterized by TRIPs--Plus and maintain high standards,strict requirements and strong protection.It may be difficult for China to catch up with the level of CPTPP intellectual property rules.Based on the analysis of CPTPP intellectual property rules,it is concluded that it will bring challenges and adverse effects to China's international trade,promote FTA negotiations and improve the domestic legal system of intellectual property.Finally,countermeasures are proposed from three perspectives: improving the ability to deal with overseas INTELLECTUAL property disputes,actively carrying out international cooperation on intellectual property and adjusting and improving China's legal system,so as to accelerate the pace of China's transformation from an intellectual property power to an intellectual property power and better cope with the challenges brought by CPTPP.
