Realizing the process equity of higher education is an important link in the development of education,which is of great benefit to promoting educational equity and social equity.With the development of economy and society and the improvement of human material and spiritual level,the development of education has solved the problem of quantity to a certain extent,but there is still a long way to go in solving the problem of quality.Realizing the fairness of the educational process can maximize the fairness of everyone's right to education and reasonably safeguard everyone's right in the process of receiving higher education.Traditional studies mostly focus on the impact of family capital on the access to higher education opportunities,but few scholars will pay attention to the impact of family capital on the fairness of higher education process.Guided by the theory of cultural reproduction and intergenerational capital transmission,this paper analyzes the impact of family capital on the fairness of higher education process.Based on the survey data of 565 undergraduates from 10 colleges and universities in H Province,this paper uses the ordered probit model to make a reasonable thinking and Analysis on the impact of family capital on the fairness of education process.The following research conclusions are drawn: the fairness of family economic,cultural and social capital(social capital outside the family and social capital inside the family)to teachers' guidance to students,the fairness of elective course opportunities,the fairness of skill certificate acquisition to guarantee research or overseas exchange opportunities,the fairness of learning reward related opportunities,the fairness of internship related opportunities,the fairness of participation in discipline competition related opportunities,and the fairness of participation in subject related opportunities At the same time,it analyzes the fairness of students with different family capital in participating in various activities in the school,the fairness of employment or entrepreneurship opportunities,the fairness of interaction between teachers or assistants and students,and the fairness of interaction between students and students,Family capital has a significant positive impact on the fairness of the above different processes;Family economic capital,family capital,cultural capital and family social capital(social capital outside the family and social capital inside the family)have a significant negative impact on the fairness of opportunities related to student assistance and part-time jobs;The impact of family economic capital on the process of higher education is significant,which is higher than the impact of family culture and social capital on the fairness of the process of higher education;The data show that family capital has a significant impact on the fairness of higher education process.According to the results of regression analysis,the following policy suggestions are put forward: teaching students according to their aptitude and implementing personalized education;The method and mechanism of Innovation Award;Strengthen the support for poor students;Increase the investment in scientific research of college students;Strictly supervise the selection process of advanced and expand the scope and channels of social practice;The government should do a good job in macro-control,increase employment,encourage students to start businesses and encourage entrepreneurship;Create a harmonious interpersonal interaction environment.
