On The Administrative Law Protection Of Personal Information

In recent years,the continuous and rapid development of high-tech industries has made the circulation of information fast and convenient,and at the same time,it has also provided technical means for administrative organs to perform the basic functions of social management.Personal information,as an important social resource in information social interaction,has huge social and economic value.Some criminals do not hesitate to violate the law in exchange for economic benefits,resulting in frequent leakage of personal information.Various illegal and non-compliant behaviors in personal information processing activities are also important factors that cause personal information to be illegally infringed.It is precisely because of such an urgent need to strictly protect personal information.The Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as the Personal Information Protection Law)was officially adopted at the 30 th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress(NPC)in 2021.This has opened a new chapter for the protection of personal information of Chinese citizens.This paper will be based on this the content of the laws and regulations,for the current stage of personal information problems of administrative legal system,put forward specific regulatory responsibilities,diversified supervision measures and refinement of administrative punishment regulations and improve the system of administrative relief system and other related perfect suggestion,so that they can better protect personal information.
