Promote Common Prosperity Research In The New Stage Of Development

Common prosperity,with its wide range of people character and ideality,has been the goal pursued by numerous people with lofty ideals at all times and in all countries.Common prosperity reflects the greatest superiority of socialism,and it's the essential requirement of socialism,the fundamental principle of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the consistent goal pursued by the Chinese Communists.“People will lead a better life,and more notable and substantial progress will be achieved in promoting well-rounded human development and achieving common prosperity for everyone” are the basic goals set by the Fifth Plenary Session of the19 th Central Committee of the CPC,and the specific vision of the CPC Central Committee for “the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035” in the new stage of development.Now that the vision of common prosperity has been clearly defined and a moderately prosperous society has been built,it is particularly important to make solid progress toward common prosperity in the new stage of development.Therefore,based on the new stage of development,this paper focuses on how to promote common prosperity,with its theoretical basis,analysis of the current situation,principles and ideas,and significant values as its research ideas.Chapter 1 is the introduction,mainly divided into three sections,including the background and significance of the study,the current situation of the study and the research method and innovation points.Through reviewing and analyzing a large number of relevant literatures and the important speech reports of the CPC,this paper provides an overview of the academic research on common prosperity in the new stage of development.Chapter 2 research the theoretical basis for promoting common prosperity in the new stage of development,with detailed explanations from the definition of core concepts,theoretical sources and historical experiences respectively.Chapter 3 analyses the current situation of promoting common prosperity in the new stage of development,from the perspective of the realistic basis for promoting common prosperity and the main problems faced at present,and systematically discusses a series of historical achievements and historical changes since the 18 th CPC National Congress,including the comprehensive completion of a moderately prosperous society,while analysing and explaining the main social contradictions and some other social problems affecting common prosperity.Chapter 4 is the key chapter of this paper,which comprehensively discusses the principles and ideas for promoting common prosperity in the new stage of development.Firstly,the promotion of common prosperity must adhere to the CPC's overall leadership and five basic principles such as putting the people at the centre;secondly,five key tasks such as consolidating the material basis for common prosperity and establishing an institutional system for common prosperity must be accomplished;finally,the achievement of poverty eradication must be closely linked to the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalisation,the reform of the institutional mechanism for common prosperity must be deepened and a model zone for common prosperity must be built with high quality.In conclusion,through the analysis of the research background and the current situation of academic research on common prosperity in the new stage of development in Chapter 1,combined with the elaboration of the theoretical basis for promoting common prosperity in the new stage of development in Chapter 2,and the analysis of its realistic basis and the current situation of problems in Chapter 3,all provide an important theoretical basis and realistic basis for the principle ideas of promoting common prosperity in Chapter 4.Chapter 5 is mainly examines the great value of promoting common prosperity in the new development stage from the two aspects of theory and practice.
