Actual Controller's Native Development Level?Corporate Strategic Types And Charitable Donation

As the most direct expression of corporate social responsibility,charitable donation is directly related to the reputation and image of the company.Therefore,the decision of charitable donation Level is a very important financial decision of the enterprise.Enterprises engaged in charitable activities can enhance the reputation of the company,thus maximizing profits.The most obvious is to use the donations after the earthquake to accumulate moral capital and play the role of advertising.Enterprises can gain political benefits by participating in charity,such as obtaining government support and protection,and realizing politics.Participate in,establish and strengthen political ties,and reciprocate with government resources,and even with the help of political relations as a rent-seeking tool for tax avoidance;enterprises with donations can also enhance strategic position,improve the Competitive environment,when the performance of enterprises declines,will not reduce their own profitability and donations,or even more actively increase the donation expenditure.The Market transmits positive information,reduces the risk perception of suppliers,creditors and stakeholders,and then ensures the supply of resources needed for the development of enterprises.It restrains the risk of the loss of business credit resources,and at the same time,the donation information has a substitution effect on the role of accounting earnings information in credit contracts.This shows that charitable donation plays an important role in Listed Companies in China,so what factors affect the Level of corporate charitable donation has become an important issue of concern.As for the factors affecting the Level of charitable donation,most of the previous literatures have studied and analyzed it from the perspectives of corporate governance,financial characteristics,business environment,macro-economy,industry characteristics,financing constraints,and the nature of enterprises.There are few studies in domestic literatures on the impact of corporate strategy on the Level of charitable donation.Ringing.Corporate strategy determines the overall development direction of the enterprise in the future,and its Competitive strategy and functional strategy,including the Level of charitable donation,an important financial function strategy.It can be seen that corporate strategy has a significant impact on the Level of charitable donations determined by enterprises.There are many factors influencing enterprise strategy.This paper mainly discusses the influence of the actual Growth environment of the controller on the enterprise strategy from the perspective of controlling the development Level of the native place,and further analyzes the influence of controlling the development Level of the native place on the enterprise strategy type and the charitable donation relationship.Based on the data of A-share listed companies in China from 2003 to 2016,this paper studies the relationship between the actual control of the Level of development of people's place of origin,the type of corporate strategy and charitable donations.The results show that the worse the actual control of the development Level of the native place,the more radical the corporate strategy;the more radical the corporate strategy,the more corporate charitable donations;compared with the actual control of the poor development Level of the native place,the actual control of the native place development Level of enterprises,the positive type of corporate strategy and charitable donation charitable donation.The relationship is more obvious.The results show that the heterogeneity of actual controllers influences the choice of strategic types of enterprises,the strategic types of enterprises affect the daily behavior of enterprises,and charitable donation is an important link to alleviate the relationship between economic interests and social responsibilities of enterprises.It also shows that the actual controllers developed in their hometown drive the exploratory strategic positioning.It is easier to assume social responsibilities.
