Study On The Development Of Interschool Football League In Linhe District,Bayan Nur City,Inner Mongolia

In order to further develop campus football and enrich students’ football activities,schools in linhe district of bayannur city jointly decided to establish an inter-school football league.Since the establishment of the "league",football teachers and coaches of each school have worked out a unified football teaching content and training plan in the club on Saturday and Sunday every week,and then they teach and train respectively on the teaching day.At the same time,under the organization of the league committee,football teaching matches are regularly held in designated venues,and joint evaluation is conducted during the matches.The coach team will conduct intensive joint training after class,on weekends and during holidays to select students with excellent performances.Then team up with the surrounding city baotou "club" to test the results of the regional league competition.The alliance school has set up a good three-level(high school,junior high school and primary school)training system and teaching system,which form complementary resources,rational use of the site,strong interest of students,strong support from parents and high attention from school leaders.This paper conducts a follow-up investigation and research on the development of intercollegiate football league(hereinafter referred to as "league")in linhe district,bayannur city,Inner Mongolia through the methods of literature,field investigation,expert interview,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Based on the basic situation,operation characteristics,problems existing in the development of "alliance" and the vision of alliance development,the paper discusses the formation,distribution characteristics,specific types and development of "alliance".The contents,mode,management and conditions of operation,as well as the specific investigation and analysis of the development of the alliance in terms of teachers,funds and training contradictions.The analysis of its development from the perspective of grassroots sports draws the following conclusions: first,the overall development of inter-school league,the main goal is still to stay in the grassroots training and competition results,not to return the campus football to the basic aspect of students learning football.Ii.The operating characteristics of the inter-school alliance are still in the initial stage of development,and various conditions are not mature.However,the alliance can obtain policy support from unblocked channels of policy information and gradually consolidate the development foundation.3.However,the shortage of teachers,the conflict between learning and training,and the lack of funds are still the main bottlenecks restricting the development of campus football.Fourth,be good at learning and drawing lessons from other advanced areas and pilot areas to develop campus football to provide referential value for the riverside area.
