Mathematical concepts are an important foundation for learning mathematics.Understa nding and evaluating mathematical concepts are also hot topics in the field of mathematics e ducation.Research on mathematical concept understanding is becoming more and more stab le,and due to the complexity of understanding evaluation,the difficulty of actual implement ation has led to more speculative research theories about concept understanding evaluation,b ut relatively few researches that are practical.Parity is an important property of functions,a nd it occupies an important position in the content of high school mathematics.At the same t ime,the position of parity in the textbook also has a certain specificity.It can be a good way to establish mathematical ideas.Cultivate the foundation of mathematical thinking.Therefo re,students' understanding of the concept of function parity is particularly basic and importa nt,and students need a deeper understanding.Therefore,it is of certain value and importanc e to study students' understanding of the concept of functional parityThis research is based on the evaluation of the concept understanding of Leish and Land o,and on this basis,the secondary dimensions are refined,and the test questionnaire is comp iled according to this framework.The first-year students of an ordinary high school in Y city are used as research objects.The forms of pen test,questionnaire survey and interview expl ore the students' understanding of the concept of functional parity,which is mainly divided i nto four dimensions:perception,representation,connection and application.The following a re the research results of this article.(1)Perception of functional parity The situation,the students master the situation in gen eral.Students can judge the parity of the function more accurately,but the students' judgmen t process lacks logic and rigor.The problem is one-sided,and it is too book-based(2)The representation of function parity is better,and the representation of images and symbols and the mutual conversion between the two are also more skilled(3)The connection situation of function parity,most students' connection is only the co nnection between parity and less connection with other concepts.(4)The application of the concept of function parity,students can solve some basic mat hematical problems,and students with life-related problems perform poorly(5)Obstacles and causes:First,due to students' current knowledge level,students do no t have a deep understanding of "arbitrary" in the concept of function parity.The second is th at students' mathematical thinking is still being perfected,which leads students to think less r igorously when solving parity problems.The third is that students lack the process of deep t hinking,which leads to the knowledge of parity tending to be superficial or formal.(6)Relevance:The students' academic performance is positively related to the understa nding of the concept of parity,and the final grade is significantly correlated with the test pap er score.
